Scope
These terms apply to this website and to the Altered Talents application, which connects to the official interfaces of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. The operator is Jörg Kiesewetter, Altered Talents, Peterssteinweg 14, 04107 Leipzig, Germany.
The application
The Altered Talents application is an internal tool. It is used only by its operator to publish content to, and manage, the operator’s own social media accounts. It offers no public sign-up and is not available to other users.
Virtual characters
The characters on our accounts are virtual. Their images, videos, voices and stories are generated with AI and do not depict real people. Posts are labeled as AI-generated using each platform’s own labels. Stories our characters tell are fiction.
Interacting with our accounts
When you interact with our accounts, the terms of the respective platform apply. We may hide or delete comments and block accounts that are abusive, sexually explicit, spam or otherwise in breach of platform rules. Our characters do not engage in sexual conversations and never meet anyone.
Our content
All content on this website and on our accounts, including our characters, images, videos, voices and texts, belongs to us. Sharing it through the platforms’ built-in features is welcome. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
No advice
Our content is for entertainment. It is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you normally live.
